An authentic day in the countryside, designed to connect you with our Creole roots amidst the aromas of grilling, horses, music, and tradition. From morning until sunset, we invite you to experience a full day of typical flavors, activities for all ages, and experiences that celebrate life on the ranch. Prepare your senses: a day full of culture, nature, and unforgettable moments awaits you.
Itinerary
10:00 AM – Opening
11:00 AM – Reception - Empanadas, wine, and juice. Horseback riding, carriage rides, and tractor rides.
1:00 PM to 3:00 PM – Lunch: Grilled meats: Chorizo, blood sausage, short ribs, flank steak, and chicken. Salads: Mixed salad, Provençal potatoes, and carrot and egg salad. Drinks: White and red wine, beer, soft drinks, still and sparkling water. Dessert: Dessert and/or coffee. (Vegetarian menu available upon request when making your reservation.)
3:00 PM – Criollo Skills: Ring races. Horse taming. Horse training.
4:00 PM – Afternoon Tea: Mate cocido (a type of herbal tea) with pastries and fried cakes. Free Activities: Soccer field, volleyball court, and bocce ball court. Children's playground. Swimming pool (open from November 15th to March 15th). 7:00 PM – End of Activities
